Real Estate Careers at Merkaz HaNechasim
We hire across four branches — Ma'ale Adumim, Jerusalem, Pisgat Ze'ev and the Jordan Valley — in three divisions: field sales and brokerage, marketing and digital, and head office.
Do I need a broker's licence?
To practise brokerage in Israel, yes. The Real Estate Brokers Law, 5756-1996 requires a licence issued by the Ministry of Justice, and the licensing exam is held four times a year. You can start the process while applying. Several of our roles — in marketing, content and head office — are not brokerage roles and need no licence.
What the pay looks like
Field roles combine a base with commission, so income tracks the number of deals closed; marketing, digital and office roles are salaried. The range for each position is stated on its own page.
Applying
Every role has an application form on its page. Questions before applying: 054-249-8166.
New immigrants
English and French speakers are in demand here, because a significant share of buyers are olim and overseas investors. New immigrants in Israeli real estate covers what the licence requires, what you can do before it, and how much Hebrew is actually needed.
