Talpiot Mizrach (Talpiot Mizrach, East Talpiot, Armon HaNatziv in part) is a southeastern neighborhood of Jerusalem with ~15,000 residents, a panoramic view of the Old City and Bethlehem, and a mixed secular-religious-national-traditional community. It was founded in 1973 along the Kidron Stream.
