Ma'ale Adumim on the eastern side of Jerusalem — connected to Highway 1. Gush Etzion in the south — connected to Highway 60. In traffic — both directions are similar (30-45 minutes). But where are you going in Tel Aviv? Gush Etzion → southern entrance, Ma'ale Adumim → eastern entrance.
