Disadvantages: Lack of parking (pedestrian streets), mostly limited to 2-3 rooms, limited renovations (protection of buildings), difficult accessibility for the elderly.
Purchase Options
Single-digit transactions per year. Often takes much longer to reach a deal. Patience and an excellent broker who knows the homeowners personally are required.
