BRABUS Island Baku is located in the village of Nardaran, within the boundaries of the large resort area Sea Breeze — the same area we have extensively written about in the past in connection with Amin Aglarov. However, the connection between the two requires precise clarification.

The Physical Location

The project is being built on an artificial island, opposite the existing "Marina Village" project in the area, about a 25-minute drive from the center of Baku, on the shores of the Caspian Sea.

Sea Breeze as a Super Area, Not as Direct Owner

Sea Breeze is a huge resort area (about 500 hectares) established by Amin Aglarov in 2006, which includes several separate projects developed by different entities. BRABUS Island is one of them — developed by Sabah Investment Group, not by Aglarov himself or his company Nardaran Invest.

Don't Confuse with the Dream Liner

It is important not to confuse BRABUS Island with the "Caspian Dream Liner" — another structure on an artificial island in the same area, inspired by the Burj Al Arab hotel, which is indeed Aglarov's personal project. These are two completely separate projects, on two different artificial islands, in the same super area.

What This Means for the Investor

A buyer at BRABUS Island enjoys a location within an established and active resort area, with shared infrastructure, but is purchasing a property from a project and a separate developer — not buying a part of Aglarov's "empire."
