The Desert Bird neighborhood is the first new neighborhood being built in Ma'ale Adumim in 25 years. Planned Infrastructure and Facilities
The neighborhood will include advanced infrastructure: a new education campus, urban sports complex, country club, sports hall, public institutions, and a large park with an investment of 50 million ₪. The urban planning includes environmental innovation and extensive green spaces.
Who is Eligible for the Target Price?
Eligible for purchase under the target price program: those who do not own an apartment. Priority is given to residents of Ma'ale Adumim, reservists, and young couples. Registration is done through the target price website of the Ministry of Housing.
Timeline
